In-Office Diagnostics/ Services

Dr. Ackerman offers neurologic consultations in his office. He is also pleased to offer electromyogram/ nerve conduction studies (EMG/NCV) in the office. The EMG/NCV test is used to study the nerves and muscles to help diagnose disorders that can affect them. It can be used as a diagnostic procedure for conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome and various other diagnoses.
